Mission Statement
Real Estate Agents who list properties for sale represent
the seller. It is their responsibility to market the properties for the
benefit of the seller of the property. This involves getting the highest price
possible, maintaining the seller's confidentiality of information, and trying to
effect a sale within the shortest period of time for the benefit of the seller.

Confidentiality, Accounting,
Full Disclosure, Obedience, Undivided Loyalty, and Due Diligence for our
clients.
Buyer Representation is our
primary focus within the Real Estate business. However, we may list a few
select properties for sale. On the properties we list, you will be fully
informed that we represent the SELLER. We may provide links to various
listings of other agents, or seller's for the benefit of our clients. We do not represent the seller in any
transaction that we do not list.
We will not act as an INTERMEDIARY (see Brokerage Services
link) in real estate transactions.
It is our responsibility to
give full disclosure to our clients with regards to anything that applies to
their purchasing or selling decisions.
Our BUYER
representation services, in the majority of cases, are FREE to our clients!
